SHIPPING YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please note: We currently ship to Canada and United States only. Most purchases are shipped from Toronto by Canada Post or UPS to arrive 3 to 14 business days after receipt of the order. Some items are shipped directly from our vendors who may use different couriers.

  Transit Time: If you place your order before 5 p.m. Eastern Monday – Friday, your order will be processed the same day. Any other time (after 5 p.m., over the weekend, or on a holiday), it will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Custom orders and furniture orders may be longer and this is noted on individual product pages.

•  Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and custom or heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

•  Rush Delivery: We can arrange for a rush delivery using the most cost efficient courier possible. Please let us know if you require a Rush Delivery by email to info@senseofluxury.com and we will contact you with the shipping cost

US ORDERS :

Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will apply the appropriate currency conversion. You can expect your package to arrive within 5 to 18 business days to most major cities once your order has been shipped.
Your order may have additional charges for customs and duty. These charges are charged and determined by the shipping company and not by Sense of Luxury. If you have questions regarding customs and duty for your country, please contact us for more information.

ORDER STATUS

•  You will receive an email following the placement of your order. It will confirm that your order was received.

•  We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.  * Excluding items shipped from vendor.

•  From time to time, an item may sell out before our inventory is electronically updated. Should any of your items be on-reserve, out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order confirmation specifying the specific status of each item in question. At that time, you may choose to wait for your item to be restocked or cancel your order without penalty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns: In the unlikely event that you find yourself unsatisfied with the product, please contact us by email to info@senseofluxury.com to get the necessary return shipping information and to get an authorization code. Your purchase may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs). Items that are to be returned must be in its original condition, free of any defect. Refund will not be processed until we have received the returned merchandise. Please allow us two weeks to process the refund .

Restocking Fee:
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges to return items are not covered by Sense of Luxury. A pickup fee may apply to returns of large and heavy items. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at our expense.

Sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is on sale.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and American Express cards as payment for orders through our secure server. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information cannot be read in transit. You can click the Geo Trust logo below for Authentic Secure Site confirmation.

TAXES:

We are required to collect a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6% on all sales shipped within Canada. Shipments to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to the 14% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
We are located in Ontario and are required to collect a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 8% on all orders shipped to Ontario addresses.
